Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before activation
If you pay a payment request but the service has not yet been activated, you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us.
After activation, before site visit
You may cancel and receive a refund minus reasonable administrative charges disclosed at the time of activation.
After site visit or work has begun
Fees for completed work — physical visits, document review, camera installation, construction milestones — are non-refundable. Any unused balance may be refunded at our discretion.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days by the original payment method.
