Consultation-first

All Land Development work — fencing, compound walls, farmhouse and house construction, villa construction, maintenance, and related services — begins only after a written scope of work and quote have been agreed.

Approvals & compliance

You remain responsible for statutory approvals (municipal, panchayat, RERA where applicable). We can advise and coordinate, but we do not warrant approval outcomes.

Milestones & payment

Payments follow milestones defined in the agreed quote and are collected through payment requests in your portal.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms are set out in your project quote. Third-party equipment warranties pass through as supplied by the manufacturer.
