Why We Started NRI Land Check
Many NRIs depend on occasional photographs, verbal updates or information passed through several people.
Even when family members genuinely want to help, it may be difficult for them to visit the property regularly, compare the land with available documents, identify visible boundary changes, coordinate local professionals or supervise development work.
NRI Land Check was created to provide a more structured and accountable approach.
We visit the property, document what we observe, coordinate the approved work and provide customers with a clear record through their secure portal.

Before recommending a package or service, we ask the customer to explain the property, concerns and expected outcome. We do not assume that every customer needs the most expensive service.

Depending on the approved scope, customers may receive photographs, video, GPS information, reports, record findings and professional observations.

A physical inspection is not a legal-title opinion, and an online record is not an official government determination. When a qualified advocate, architect or engineer is required, we identify and coordinate that requirement within the approved scope.
